Why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer?

The rich have the money to work for them as they have created many stream of income.Which are passive income ,so they no need to work to make money.

As the book " Rich dad poor Dad " by Robert kiyosaki mention that assets put money into your pocket and liability take money out of your pocket.

The poor focus on Earn income which they have to exchange time for money.They only have one stream of income.If you tell a person with poor mindset then they probably tell you that they will take up another job to have more income.

I have seen many people are making 2 to 3k paycheck a month who are suffering from paying car expenses month after month.As the prices are increasing but their pay are decreasing because of inflation.
